It 's very simple to achieve.

Cut out two shapes on the felt as pattern.
Put them in double-sewn and only the parts in the dotted pattern.

Always with cotton Take a string along the red dotted line in the pattern,
padded bag with a bit of cotton wool, squeeze the wire ends and insert the two pearls.
Cut the black felt shoulder strap 20 x 1.5 cm and secure it with a few stitches on either side of the bag.
